DB statistics include specification of
maximum of top hit entries
(the entries whose hit counting item has the biggest numbers)
be reported. How often should POD report stats, to which address the email
should be sent, etc. The report will be sorted and contains links to the DB
entries to faciliate reviewing the report. Email subjects can be specified
with date and time automatically tagged when message is
sent.
